Hindu day.....

Oh no... don get me wrong here. I m not a communal minded individual. I believe in the constitution of India, the Preamble which clearly states that each and every citizen is equal irrespective of the caste, creed, colour, sex and religion. I am a firm believer in the secular roots of India.

Though, the actual issue lies far away, far away from the communal vandalism in Orissa or that rocked Gujarat. It lies near Eros, Opp Ritz hotel. I am referring to the Hindu Newspaper office in mumbai.. :P
Perception I tell you. Something that makes us all live and believe. Its the thing that ticks the world. I had a perception that a newspaper office would be much more modern and the perception of a South Indian newspaper was laid there, correct to the core when I realised that the colours of the office interiors were as dull as the word dull could describe. They lent a kinda different look from what was expected from the Press Office. Nevertheless the mission was not completely failed as I had perceived it might. It just put my faith back into myself, that I could if need be sell the thing I was selling. But, touch wood we do get some money out of there. Even 1 - 2 would be wonderful for the same. And in these times (No not with the attack on christians, am talking of the markets tumbling) the money is hard to come by and anything and everything is welcome. Is it that we are jinxed? Facing monetary crisis in all of the events that we organised. And again, the very basic issues were to be put on the table on debate.

Nevertheless, I like this comeback of mine. It gave me a new way of working and yet not getting too involved as to distrub myself and get myself on the other hand. Guess 'Temptation' was the right move. (Oh... temptation is just another ice-cream parlour around here)

Hoping for some light at the end of the hindu venture. Lets see. Have a long week to go before I get to eat home fooooooood..........
